An encouraging early-learning environment where communication, movement and foundational skills grow together.
The Pre-primary Phase serves English- and Afrikaans-speaking children with special educational needs, generally from ages three to eight. Groups include Junior Group, Grade RRR, Grade RR and Grade R.
Free play and structured play develop communication, movement, creativity, early concepts and confidence. Adapted outdoor areas help wheelchair users participate alongside their peers.
In the Foundation Phase, CAPS is taught through a multi-sensory approach. Educators and therapists work together around communication, AAC, positioning, feeding, toileting and access where these supports are needed. Coding and robotics concepts are integrated to build problem-solving and collaboration.
